Donna Frasca and Squiggy |
I don't have any green in my home - thank goodness because which one would I choose? There are yellow-greens, blue-greens, gray-greens and the list just goes on. My favorite green has to be pictured here where I'm sending a kiss out to my parrot Squiggy. Isn't he pretty?
Sherwin Williams has some really great greens. I think two of their go to colors if you want a green are Lemongrass and Koi Pond.
It's also no secret that Dune Grass from Benjamin Moore is also a very popular green. I can be here all day talking about the top 20 best greens that both Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore have so I'm keeping the list short :-)
Benjamin Moore has a page that lists some of there best greens but I don't agree with that list at all. Some of the greens they list are just about non existent and really fall into the gray hue rather than a true green. The others are more so closer to blue-greens.
Which Benjamin Moore greens do I like? Of course there are millions but Corn Stalk is nice and Perennial is really a rich one. Just a note of advice, don't judge these colors on the monitor, they look horrible!
You'll really need to go sample out some greens for yourself and see which ones are the best fit for you. Keep lighting and deco in mind. Sage greens are getting dated and watch your room expose when it comes to those yellow-green.
