A Robert Steiner print |
Wildlife and art … it doesn't get any better then this.
Robert Steiner is the premier waterfowl art producer in the United States. He's one of many of today's top waterfowl artists from around the country. I have a particular love for these prints since I used to be a Ceramic Decorator for a shop in the historic East Setauket, Long Island. The shop was called Delano Studios and it was my first job back in 1981. I hand painted Audubon birds from these Canada Geese to my favorite in color, The Wood Duck.

Don't you think the Wood Duck print would look great in this
Eddie Bauer bedroom?
This cozy decor is my favorite! In my perfect world of decorating and color, I would have a lake side log cabin in the mountains somewhere with an amazing view. The rooms would be very close to this:

A girl can dream can't she?
Anyway, If you have any of these duck prints in your home, consider the Eddie Bauer Collection from Valspar. It's a very outdoorsy color palette that will be perfect for the hunter or the wildlife lover in your family.
For the softer prints consider the Benjamin Moore paint palette. It has a great array of muted colors particularly with the blue, green and beige hues.
