Which Color Is Your True Love?

I often ask people, if you had to choose just one color for your home, not that I'd ever advise that, but if you did, which color would it be? How do you pick just one color from all the beautiful paint decks? Better yet, can you?

I couldn't even do it. I'm mean really, what would I choose, white? No. Beige? No. Gold? Had that. Gray? Too bland and too popular. Blue? Hmmmmm, maybe but that too is in the same category as gray even though it's options are much prettier. 

Which color would I choose???

Now the other problem, actually it's not really a problem, is that I love Rustic decor. You know the comfy log cabin house that's in the mountains look. With no granite, no Pier One novelties splashed all over the place, no fancy bedding and no high end furniture that will probably out live me.

Which leaves me to a very limited color palette of earth tones. Yes my friends, the Color Expert prefer earth tones in her home with a splash of color here and there of course.

It's not that I don't LOVE Coral or Navy or even a funky purple - I just don't love them enough for them to live with me.
