What Color Should I Paint My Walls if I Have Colorful Art?

When you have very colorful art,
what wall color should you choose?

When you have very colorful art, choosing the right wall color can be a problem. I always like to lean towards a gray wall. A neutral wall is perfect but do you realized how many neutrals there are and I'm not talking beige or white.

I have a pink/purple wall in my office and EVERY single painting looks amazing on it so pink is also a neutral believe it or not. Of course it depends on the pink but if it's light enough with just a hint of pink, it will work.

Anyway, here is a finger painting a recently made and I was wondering, if I didn't have a pink/purple wall what other color would look best? You can of course  just pull out a color from the painting and that would be a perfect fit but what about all the other colors and decor in your home? It's not easy!

Your home would need to be evaluated to see which color would be best for both your home and your art. Here are a few +Sherwin-Williams colors that I liked to go with WALK IN THE WOODS

If you love this painting, it is for sale on ETSY and I'll give you a link for that.
