Cinco de Drinko • What color is your cocktail?

Taking my Color Recipes to a fun level,  here are some Drink Recipes in honor of Cinco de Mayo. My question is do we choose drinks for their color first? What role does color play in our choice of beverage?

I myself can count on one had all the “blue” drinks I've tried but on the other hand, the “pink” ones have a little higher count. It's not that I didn't like the taste of the Blue Lagoon or Ritz Fizz or any of the Blue Curacao drinks it was just hard to get past the blue in my beverage. By the way, I don't have many blue clothes in my closet either. Not surprisingly, I have an abundance of red and pinks to choose from. There ya go! 

So if you want to know what color is my cocktail? Anything from the “warm” side of the color wheel.
