How To Decorate With Peach

As a Color Expert in Charlotte, it's my job to consider and suggest ALL the colors in the color wheel to a client not just the popular ones. There may be colors that a client hasn't given a second thought because they were just not aware of the options. Peach is one of those colors.

Do you like peach wall color?  I think the right decor is crucial when choosing peach for the walls so that will really determine if you can pull this look off or not.

This wall color is Neighborly Peach by Sherwin-Williams. Personally, I love the wall color but not the bedding and unfortunately the bedding will really dictate how well this room can hold peach. See how nice the black looks? Nice contrast right?

So forget the ugly beige carpeting and that orange end table on the left. Pretend you have an amazing bed ensemble and gorgeous, dark wide plank wood flooring.

Most importantly, think about a really awesome accent color to tie it all in. If you use green of ANY kind it will throw you back to the 80's which is the reason most people don't like peach. Here I have a gorgeous accent color very similar to Hearty Orange SW 6622  that is just perfect with peach. You really can choose so many other accent colors from strong navy to of course your creamy neutrals so keep you mind open for these options.

So what do you think? Doable?
