Eye Popping Color

I was going to check my mail on Yahoo and I found this burst of color on the homepage. I know it's redundant to talk about how nature inspires us for color but really?

This photograph was entered in a contest by Olympus and it's actually "Eyes of Daddy Longlegs". Who knew the "Harvestman" is so good looking? 

Lesson learned? Not only do we have to keep our eyes open for the obvious color inspirations in nature like the beach, trees and landscapes but we also need to keep an 'eye' out for the inspirations we can't see.
