What's a Pastry?

No, it's not something you eat but you can put it on your feet! It's all the rage with teenage girls. For my daughters 14th birthday, I took her to the mall with her friend to go shopping. I dropped her off at the food court, went to Barnes and Nobles to read and told her to meet up with me in an hour. Well, 45 minutes later I find her and she had a few bags and a very familiar shaped box that I'm pretty sure contained some type of shoe. I went right for that box to see what she bought and what a colorful surprise that was! I got hit with purple, black, pink, white and an occasional shinny thing on a sneaker. I was surprised by the amount of color someone would want on their feet but I couldn't help but  think of one thing … Cosmic Berry … that's the purple color you see in this shoe, Cosmic Berry 4001-10C by Valspar. Do I really  know these paint fan decks by heart? Yea, and it's a good thing!
